Role - Junior Proposal Writer/ Visual Specialist

Location - Dehradun

Shift - 1:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST(UK Shift)

Experience - 0.6 months to 2 years

We are seeking a Junior Proposal Writer/ Visual Specialist to bridge the gap between technical text and compelling design. Working under our Senior Proposal Writer, you will transform complex narratives into winning visuals for SLED and Federal government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Storytelling: Convert "text-heavy" narratives into intuitive infographics, process flows, and org charts.
• AI Integration: Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Midjourney) to brainstorm visual metaphors and accelerate asset creation.
• Proposal Design: Execute layout and formatting in MS Word and PowerPoint, ensuring 100% compliance with government solicitation requirements.
• Asset Management: Build and maintain a library of reusable graphics and optimized AI prompts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design Suite: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (Word/PowerPoint styles).
• AI Literacy: Practical experience using Generative AI to assist in the creative workflow and "text-to-visual" conversion.
• Precision: Exceptional eye for detail, alignment, and brand consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to US Public Sector proposals (Federal/SLED) or the Shipley Method.
• Ability to translate a rough technical sketch into a professional diagram under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to "clean up" and refine AI-generated outputs for professional use.
