Eventexpo Technology Solutions (ETS) is a multi-vertical enterprise operating across Event Technology, Exhibition Solutions, Commercial Interiors, Corporate Films, and Infrastructure Development.

As part of our strategic expansion, ETS is launching a large-scale residential apartment construction vertical and we are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to grow with this new division.

This is a high-learning, high-exposure role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in real estate development and construction management.

You will support the leadership team in coordinating between:

Architects & design consultants

Banking partners for loan documentation

Liaison teams handling government approvals

Internal execution teams

You will be the connecting link ensuring documentation, follow-ups, and communication move efficiently across stakeholders.

• Assist in coordinating drawings and documentation with architectural and consultant teams
• Track revisions and ensure proper documentation flow

• Support preparation of documentation required for project loan processing
• Coordinate with banks for submission, follow-ups, and compliance documents

• Assist liaison teams in tracking approval status
• Maintain records of statutory submissions and approvals
• Ensure documentation accuracy and organized filing

• Maintain project trackers and progress reports
• Follow up with stakeholders on timelines
• Support leadership with structured reporting

03 years of experience (Construction / Real Estate / Architecture background preferred)

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture / Commerce

Strong documentation and coordination skills

Good communication and follow-up ability

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Eagerness to learn regulatory and banking processes in real estate

Exposure to large-scale residential development

Hands-on experience in project approvals & banking processes

Direct mentorship from senior leadership
