Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Coordinator with5+ years of experienceto support project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. The candidate will assist in tracking project progress, managing project documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and experience working in project-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure tasks are completed according to project schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Project Documentation
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and records.
- Prepare project status reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure project documentation is properly organized and accessible.
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate project updates with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
- Support project managers in maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Project Monitoring
- Monitor project progress and highlight any risks or delays.
- Escalate issues to project managers when necessary.
- Assist in resolving project-related operational challenges.
Administrative Support
- Support project managers with resource planning and task tracking.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and project-related administrative tasks.
Required Skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good understanding of project lifecycle and project coordination processes.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Smartsheet, and familiarity with Kanban boards. Exposure to Azure DevOps Boards or similar Agile delivery tools is a strong advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project administration roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as:
- Agile
- Waterfall model
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in project management (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
