Who we are looking for
State Street, a global leader across investment servicing, markets and financing and investment management, has an immediate opening for Junior Product Owner to lead the evolution of our digital touchpoints and ensure seamless, intuitive, and impactful interactions across the customer journey. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and user experience, with a focus on optimizing our website and broader digital experience to drive engagement, conversion, and long-term client satisfaction.
This role will be part of the Global Marketing Team and based out of Bangalore location. Successful candidates must have 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience defining the vision, roadmap, and execution of enhancements of website and digital customer experiences—ensuring every interaction aligns with brand, supports business goals, and delights users.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our website and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, user experience, and web technologies.

What you will be responsible for
As AVP - Junior Product Owner – Website and Client Experience you will
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital experiences powered by AEM.
- Develop and prioritize product requirements that align with overall company objectives, SEO objectives, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Continuously assess and refine the AEM strategy to improve digital marketing performance and user engagement.
- Stay current with AEM best practices, new features, and industry trends to ensure our digital products remain competitive.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of AEM solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain AEM templates, components, and workflows.
- Oversee the integration of AEM with other marketing technologies (e.g., analytics, personalization, CRM).
- Ensure AEM experiences are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Partner with SEO specialists and lead internal SEO efforts to ensure technical and on page best practices are baked into every initiative (e.g. structured data, site architecture, internal linking)
- Manage the governance of digital content within AEM, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Optimize content delivery by leveraging AEM’s capabilities for personalization, targeting, and multi-channel distribution.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Establish KPIs and monitor the performance of AEM-powered experiences, focusing on user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Create and implement comprehensive technical SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Manage the governance of digital content within AEM, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

What we value

- Content Management (3 years of experience is required)
- Adobe Experience Manager (5 years of experience is required)
- Demonstrates working knowledge of basic front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JS
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Jira and Workfront.
- Proficient in web and SEO analytics tools (Google or Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing and IT.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 to 9 years of experience in product ownership, website management, or digital experience strategy, with proven success in SEO-driven growth and a focus on Adobe Experience Manager
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing AEM solutions in a marketing context
- Knowledge of Cross-browser and Responsive development.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront)
- Organized and able to multitask and prioritize based on client needs.
