Job Description
What Youll Do
- Translate product requirements into high-fidelity UI designs with a user centric mindset
- Design intuitive and elegant interfaces that enhance the user journey for creators
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Tech team during feature development.
- Contribute actively in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh design ideas to the tab
- Conduct usability tests and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the design
- Ensure consistency across the product by maintaining a cohesive design system
- Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices
Requirements
- 0-1 year of professional Product (UI/UX) design experience, preferably in a product or startup environment
- Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. (Experience in tools like Lottie Files or Rive is a plus)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
- Experience designing for mobile-first experiences (iOS/Android)
- A solid portfolio showcasing relevant product/UI work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Displays strong ownership and result delivery within tight deadlines
- Experience in e-commerce, influencer-tech, or social apps is a plus
