Junior Product Designer- Furniture

Company Description

Established in 1993, ours is a 100% export oriented unit and our customers are well known multinationals across the globe. We produce home furniture in sheet metal, tubes and plastic moulding. The company is based in Chh Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad, Maharashtra).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Junior Product Designer- Furniture at Savera Group (Engineering Division) in Chh.Sambhaji Nagar. The role involves overseeing the product development process leading a team of Product Developers, defining product strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation. Working knowledge of some of these softwares is also helpful : Solid Works, Auto CAD and UG Software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management and development
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Product Design and Development of Furnitures
• Needs to be able to design new functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture in the metal and plastic category.
