Role Description


We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy across Google and Meta. The ideal candidate isnt just a "button-pusher"you are a strategist who understands the nuance of the user journey, from the first scroll on Instagram to the final high-intent search on Google.


In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our primary growth channels, ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable ROI.

  • Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Reels).


  • Strategic Planning: Develop full-funnel media plans that balance brand awareness with direct response and conversion.


  • Testing & Optimization: Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and bidding strategies to lower CAC and increase ROAS.


  • Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs daily. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and weekly reports for leadership.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brief high-converting "thumb-stopping" assets and with the web team to optimize post-click experiences.


Qualifications


  • Platform Expertise: Minimum 1-2 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.


  • The "Stack": Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and the Meta Pixel/Conversions API (CAPI).


  • Analytical Mindset: Expert level in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to find the "story" in the numbers.


  • Creative Intuition: A deep understanding of what makes an ad perform visually and rhetorically in a crowded feed.
