Junior Outbound Sales Representative (Full-Time)
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Junior Outbound Sales Representative to support our sales and business development efforts. This is a remote, full-time role suited for someone early in their sales career who is comfortable with high-volume outreach, structured calling, and consistent follow-ups.
This role is focused primarily on cold calling and outbound outreach, with opportunities to learn email and LinkedIn-based prospecting over time. You will work from defined lead lists, follow established scripts and processes, and support the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and booking meetings for senior sales personnel.
Position Details
Location: India Remote
Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
Compensation: Fixed base pay plus uncapped performance-based incentives
Internet: Reliable high-speed internet required
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists
Follow approved call scripts and objection-handling guidelines
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and book meetings for the sales team
Maintain consistent daily calling and follow-up activity
Outreach & Follow-Ups
Conduct follow-ups via phone and email as instructed
Log call outcomes, notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM
Maintain professionalism and clarity in all client communications
Sales Support & Process Adherence
Work closely with senior sales representatives to support pipeline development
Adhere to outreach schedules, targets, and reporting requirements
Participate in training, call reviews, and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in cold calling, tele-sales, or outbound sales
Strong verbal English communication skills
Comfort with high-volume calling and structured outreach
Basic familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
Ability to follow scripts, processes, and instructions consistently
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
