Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Category Associate (Value Offering Program Side) based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Category Associate will be responsible for designing and managing value-oriented programs, coordinating with various teams to enhance student learning experiences, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content, and assisting in optimizing program strategies for student engagement and success. The role also entails conducting analysis and research to continuously improve the program offerings.

• Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively.
• Proficiency in research and analysis to enhance program designs and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for delivering impactful content and effective collaboration.
• Knowledge of educational program development, experiential learning, and skill-building methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with multiple learning frameworks is an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Education, Business, Communication, or related fields is preferred.
