Junior Merchandizer

We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser with hands-on experience in production coordination and quality control. This role involves working closely with vendors, sampling units, and internal teams to ensure timely production, accurate execution, and consistent product quality.

• Assist in managing sampling, production timelines, and order tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and factories to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Track production stages and update internal teams regularly.
• Verify specifications, measurements, and trims before production.

• Conduct inline and final inspections at factory or production stage.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintain quality check reports and inspection records.
• Ensure products meet approved samples and technical specifications.

• Maintain order sheets, costing sheets, and production trackers.
• Support in preparing POs and production documents.
• Maintain records of approvals, revisions, and vendor communication.
  

• Basic understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Experience with quality inspection methods and reporting.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and production tracking formats.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  

• Experience visiting factories for inspections.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment finishing standards.
• Prior work experience in D2C brands or manufacturing units.
