Role Overview:

Were looking for a Junior Merchandiser to support our Senior Merchandiser in coordinating sampling, production, and internal workflows for leather bags.

This role is ideal for someone whos detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about leather manufacturing and export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and tracking product samples as per client specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams sampling, sourcing, cutting, production, and QC to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain production trackers, order updates, and material follow-ups using Excel or ERP.
• Support in preparing cost sheets, purchase orders, and internal reports.
• Monitor quality checkpoints and highlight any deviations to the Senior Merchandiser.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or Business.
• 02 years of experience in merchandising or production coordination (leather goods preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for product development and manufacturing.
