Junior Media Buyer

We are ahouse of D2C e-commerce brands operating across theUSA and India , scaling brands through aggressive testing, strong creatives, and data-driven performance marketing.

Were looking for aJunior Media Buyer who isstrong with numbers, insights, and communication someone who can read ad data and clearly translate it into creative direction.

This is anin-office role for someone serious about growing in paid ads.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (In-office)

Pay: 25,000/month + performance-based incentives

• Manage and optimizeMeta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• SupportGoogle Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) execution
• Analyse performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, hook retention) daily
• Convert data insights intoclear creative feedback for editors & copywriters
• Work closely withsenior media buyers on scaling & strategy
• Identify winning creatives, hooks, audiences, and angles
• Track creative fatigue and suggest iterations
• Learn and applyMeta algorithm updates & scaling frameworks
• Maintain clean reporting and performance dashboards

• 12 years experience withMeta & Google Ads
• Stronganalytical mindset comfortable with spreadsheets & dashboards
• Ability to clearly explainwhats working, whats not, and why
• Understanding of performance metrics and creative-level analysis
• Comfortable collaborating with creative teams
• Willing to learn fast in a high-testing environment
• Must workin-office at Goregaon West

• Experience inD2C / e-commerce
• Familiarity withGA4, Shopify, Meta breakdowns, creative reporting
• Curiosity aroundMeta algorithm behavior & scaling logic

• Learn directly fromsenior media buyers
• Strong exposure tocreative + performance decision-making
• Clear growth path toMedia Buyer / Senior Media Buyer
