Who Are We Looking For?

The Junior Mechanical Design Engineer who will assist in creating, modifying, and analyzing designs for various projects. The role involves working closely with the design and production teams to develop efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality design solutions in line with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of design concepts, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Support senior engineers in product development, design validation, and prototyping.
• Perform basic calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
• Update and maintain technical documentation, design reports, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and R&D to ensure design feasibility.
• Review and implement design changes based on feedback and testing results.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Design Engineering (as applicable).
• Experience: 13 years of experience in design or a related engineering field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar).
• Basic understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
