Job Title: Jr. Management Support

Responsibility for Admin and Finance role
Work in a busy office environment and support other teams to ensure the smooth running of day to-day activities.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate lower pricing
Maintain updated records of purchased products, and invoices
Research potential vendors
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure able performance
Manage Employees travel arrangements
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Maintaining sufficient stock of stationeries/House Keeping/pantry materials at office
Ensuring office repair & maintenance, periodic services as per AMC
Day-to-day bookkeeping of all the transactions, entries and preparation of reports covering the below
General Ledger
To maintain physical files and records to document transactions.
Preparation of information for compliance-related filing
General Office Administration
Tally software
In addition, you could also be expected to support HR when the need arises. Responsibility will be as follows:
You will be expected to attain basic knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. Whos passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.
Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to identify hiring needs.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, and experience in working with ATS).
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes, application forms, and referrals.
Interview candidates (via phone, video, or in person)
Prepare and distribute assignments of numerical, language, and logical reasoning nature.
Advertise job openings on the companys careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.

Educational qualifications: Graduate- B.Com/M.com or similar fields
Experience: 18 months to 2 years
