Junior Java Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Java Developer with 24 years of professional experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, Spring framework, and related tools, with the ability to develop scalable, high-performance applications. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively within Agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum Experience required 2 to 4 Years
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications using Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front-end components.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability by adhering to coding standards and conducting code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to optimize application performance.
• Develop and manage database objects and queries using RDBMS platforms such as Oracle.
• Maintain and manage source code repositories using version control systems such as Git and SVN.
• Participate actively in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java (Java 8 & Java 17) Enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Java Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Java ORM frameworks (Hibernate / iBatis / JPA Entity Manager).
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful services and working with JSON.
• Front-end development experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web application development.
• Working knowledge of AngularJS with jQuery.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts; experience with Jasper Reports and integration.
• Familiarity with build tools such as ANT and Maven.
• Experience with configuration management and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins.
• Experience using version control systems (Git / SVN).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to join immediately will be preferred.
