Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Junior IT Sales & Business Development Executive. The role involves actively engaging in lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and managing accounts to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, pitching IT and software solutions, and coordinating with technical teams. The executive will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business development opportunities.

The selected candidate will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to identify potential clients, initiate outreach, understand their business needs, and support the process of converting leads into long-term clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Sales and expertise in Lead Generation
• Strong skills in building relationships and Account Management
• Understanding of Information Technology concepts and services

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle client interactions effectively
• Knowledge of software development services and business processes is a plus
• Relevant Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT or Sales
