Junior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior IT Project Manager with expertise in digital apps and Salesforce to join our dynamic team. As an Jr.IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of IT projects related to Web/Mobile applications and Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT projects for over 4 to 5 years, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be well-versed in project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects focused on Web/Mobile applications and Salesforce implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, designers, and testers, to gather requirements, define project objectives, and create project plans.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure effective resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Monitor and control project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure all stakeholders are informed about project status, risks, and decisions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation within the IT project management framework.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital apps and Salesforce to enhance project delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a focus on Web/Mobile applications and Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Extensive experience in managing cross-functional project teams and coordinating efforts across multiple departments.
• In-depth knowledge of digital app development processes, Salesforce CRM, and related technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions under tight deadlines.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certifications are preferred.
• Experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is highly desirable.
