• Strong working knowledge ofAutoCAD(mandatory)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge ofSketchUp
• Knowledge ofPhotoshopandInDesignwill be an added advantage

• Good understanding of space planning and design fundamentals
• Creative thinking with the ability to explore new ideas and concepts
• Willingness to think out of the box and contribute fresh perspectives
• Strong sense of aesthetics and detailing

• Ability to understand client requirements and assist in translating them into design solutions
• Basic material knowledge and eagerness to learn about site execution
• Attention to detail in drawings and presentations

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Responsible, proactive, and open to feedback
