Were Hiring: Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing

Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2-3 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing to plan, execute, and optimise influencer-led campaigns across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands influencer ecosystems end-to-end and can independently manage campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, a performance mindset, and the ability to work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Translate briefs into actionable influencer strategies focused on awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple platforms.

2. Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
  • Work with a wide spectrum of creatorsfrom nano and micro influencers to macro and celebrity talent.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.

3. Content Coordination & Quality Control

  • Share clear campaign briefs and creative guidelines with influencers.
  • Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, platform best practices, and campaign goals.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.).
  • Analyse data to identify what worked, what didnt, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and ROI highlights.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Creative, Social Media, and Paid Media to ensure seamless campaign integration.
  • Support senior team members and guide junior colleagues on influencer execution best practices when required.

6. Trend Awareness & Innovation

  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creator formats.
  • Suggest new execution ideas, creator formats, and campaign approaches to improve performance.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

2. Experience

  • 23 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms and influencer tiers.

3. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms.
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance tracking and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencer and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
