Role Description

We are looking for a driven and resilient Human Resources Specialist with around 2 years of experience who can independently handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, policy compliance, employee relations, grievance handling, and HR administration. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and delivers results with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


1. End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to screening, scheduling, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers and onboarding.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals to build a quality candidate pipeline.
  • Maintain applicant tracking, candidate communication logs and ensure timely responses to all stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver hiring targets on time.
2. Onboarding & HR Operations
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding activities, documentation, orientation and induction for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, attendance, leave and exit documentation.
  • Support payroll data coordination and attendance tracking to ensure timely and error-free payroll processes.
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, complaints and conflicts.
  • Conduct fair and confidential grievance investigations and work with leadership to resolve issues effectively.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Policy Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently implemented and compliant with statutory labour laws.
  • Draft and update HR documents, offer letters, contracts, policy acknowledgments and compliance checklists.
  • Coordinate with external consultants as needed for compliance and legal documentation.
5. Performance Management Support
  • Assist in coordinating performance review cycles, documentation, reminders and feedback processes.
  • Support managers and employees in understanding performance evaluation procedures.
6. HR Data & Reporting
  • Maintain HRIS / HR database with accuracy.
  • Generate HR reports, recruitment metrics, turnover analysis and employee data as required.
  • Track HR KPIs such as time-to-hire, attrition rates, onboarding efficiency and grievances closed.
7. Culture, Engagement & Training Support
  • Support internal initiatives such as team events, engagement surveys, employee communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist in basic training coordination when required.


Who You Are


  • Experience: ~2 years in HR, preferably handling recruitment, operations and employee relations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset and resilience under pressure.
  • Competencies: Ability to multitask, handle confidential matters, work independently, and meet high expectations consistently.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Tools: Comfortable with HRMS, applicant tracking systems, MS Office and HR reporting tools.
  • Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, professional presence, and good judgment in people matters.
