Working Model: 3 to 4 days onsite with hybrid flexibility

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Days: Monday - Friday

Salary: 35 to 40k (depending on experience)

About the Role: Were looking for a Junior HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and culture initiatives. Youll drive people strategies, implement processes, and ensure the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top talent, all while keeping the workplace engaging and efficient.


What Youll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end HR strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across parallel mandates - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Drive structured performance management systems including goal-setting and appraisal cycles
  • Oversee HR operations across clients, compliance, documentation, reporting, and process governance
  • Develop and implement customized HR policies, SOPs, and scalable frameworks aligned with each clients growth stage
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to founders and leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational structure
  • Design and execute team engagement initiatives and company offsites end-to-end
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to support data-backed decision-making
  • Manage multiple stakeholders with varying expectations, timelines, and priorities while ensuring accountability


Who You Are:

  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on HR experience across recruitment, HR operations, and performance management
  • Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders or accounts simultaneously
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust across teams and leadership
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Comfortable taking ownership and working independently with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office, and HR systems/tools
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in onsite and hybrid environments
