Job Title: Junior HR Executive Talent & Culture

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Full-time onsite no remote/hybrid option)

About the Role

This is an entry-level HR position focused on talent acquisition, cultural initiatives, employer branding, and keeping internal operations smooth. Ideal for someone early in their career (internship or up to 2 year of hands-on experience) who has worked in a digital marketing setup, creative agency, or similar high-energy creative environment and wants to pivot/build in people operations.


Responsibilities (TA 70% + Other 30%)

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, agency networks, and creative communities; screen resumes; coordinate interviews; close offers for creative, digital, and support roles.
  • Run cultural and engagement programs: plan team events, internal campaigns, recognition initiatives, and activities that keep the vibe high in a creative setup.
  • Build and execute employer branding: create content for career pages, social media posts (Instagram/LinkedIn), and stories that attract strong creative/digital talent.
  • Handle internal operations: onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, coordinate with finance for payroll/attendance, manage office logistics, and support compliance basics.
  • Assist in performance tracking and feedback loops for a small-to-mid size team.



Qualifications

  • 02 year of relevant experience (strong internship in digital marketing agency, creative agency, or similar counts fully).


Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication you must write crisp emails, job posts, and internal comms without fluff, and speak confidently in interviews/calls.
  • Strong comprehension and attention to detail quick to grasp briefs, spot gaps in profiles, and understand creative/junior digital roles.
  • Genuine interest in talent acquisition, culture-building, engagement activities, employer branding, and day-to-day people operations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving agency environment: tight deadlines, creative chaos, and direct client impact.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter basics, Google Workspace/MS Office, and quick to learn ATS if needed.
  • Mumbai-based (Andheri or nearby preferred) and ready for full-time office presence MondayFriday.


Preferred Skills

  • Proactive ownership over tasks.
  • Ability to switch between sourcing a mid-senior creative and organizing a team outing.
  • No-nonsense approach: get things done without needing constant hand-holding.
  • Interest in how people drive creative and business outcomes.
