Job Description
Job Summary
The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment support, employee records management, onboarding, and HR documentation. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding and induction processes
- Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Update and manage employee records in HR systems and files
- Coordinate joining formalities and collect required documents
- Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR processes
- Support HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA (HR) / BBA / Any HR-related qualification
- Freshers or 12 years of experience
