Junior Graphic Designer

You'll be the architect of our aesthetic, translating ideas into eye-catching graphics that stop the scroll and spark conversations. What you'll do: Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop creative solutions and design graphics for various media. Create visual concepts, by hand or using software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other branding materials. Establish and maintain a comprehensive design language across all brand touchpoints, both digital and physical. Provide art direction and guidance to ensure brand consistency and quality across all design projects. Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to drive creative excellence and innovation. Manage design projects effectively, from concept to execution, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Pre-requisites: 1-2 years design experience: Seen it, designed it, shipped it. Design rockstar: Speaks fluent Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma. Design trends?
