What youll actually do (no fluff):

-Design bold, strategy-led visuals across branding, packaging, social media & digital

-Translate half-formed ideas into sharp, sellable design systems

-Work on real FMCG, beauty, D2C brands, not fake briefs, not spec work

-Collaborate closely with founders, strategists, and content (yes, feedback will be direct)

-Build layouts, grids, and identities that scale, not just look cute on Instagram

-Defend your design decisions with logic, not vibes

What we expect from you:

-Strong command over Typography, Color, Layout, Visual Hierarchy

-Solid grip on Adobe Suite / Figma (no excuses here)

-Taste. Actual taste. Not trend-chasing, not Pinterest-copying

-Ability to take feedback without egoand still stand your ground when it matters

-Speed + thoughtfulness. We value both.

Bonus (not mandatory, but spicy):

-Interest in packaging design / D2C brands

-Understanding of how design impacts sales, recall, and brand equity

-Curiosity about culture, food, beauty, design systems, and the why behind brands
