Junior Graphic Designer

About GWD Kids: We are a brand dedicated to creating ultra-cute, whimsical, and high-quality kids' decor. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic Graphic Design Assistant to join our team in Prabhadevi. You will work closely with our Main Designer to bring our adorable visual identity to life across social media and our website.

The Role: We are looking for a fresh graduate or someone with 12 years of experience who lives and breathes design. You dont need a fancy degree, but you do need a strong portfolio that proves you have a great eye for composition, color, and cute aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media: Design engaging posts, stories, and carousel layouts for Instagram and Facebook.
• Website Assets: Create mockups, homepage banners, and product visuals.
• Brand Collateral: Assist in designing packaging, tags, stickers, and brochures.
• Design Support: Assist the Lead Designer with image retouching, file organization, and day-to-day graphic tasks.
• AI Implementation: Use AI tools (like Midjourney, Firefly, or Canva Magic) to speed up workflows and generate creative concepts.

Requirements:

• Experience: Freshers or 02 years of experience.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory.
• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI tools for design is required.
• Aesthetic: A natural feel for "cute," "playful," and "modern" design styles suitable for a kids' brand.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your work is essential (Student projects are accepted).

Bonus Points:

• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro/Canva) for creating Reels.
• Experience with basic motion graphics.

Work Logistics:

• Location: Fully on-site at our office in Prabhadevi, Mumbai .
• Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Hours:
• MonFri: 8:45 AM 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:45 AM 3:30 PM
