Job Description
THE ROLE
Were hiring a Junior Graphic Designer to help produce high-volume ad creatives for Meta & Google Ads. Youll work under a Creative Performance Lead and focus on execution at speed.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Design static ad creatives for Meta & Google
- Adapt creatives into multiple formats and sizes
- Quickly iterate based on performance feedback
- Organise files, versions, and iterations cleanly
- Support the team with rapid creative turnarounds
WHAT YOU NEED
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma
- Strong sense of layout and visual hierarchy
- Ability to follow clear briefs and feedback
- Comfortable working fast and iterating often
- Willingness to learn performance-focused design
