Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Junior Franchise Advisor. The Junior Franchise Advisor will assist clients in navigating the franchise process, provide valuable consultations, and offer personalized guidance for selecting franchise opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing franchise options, working closely with clients to understand their business goals, assisting with strategic franchise planning, and collaborating with senior advisors on client success strategies. The role will also involve project coordination, information analysis, and the development of franchise growth recommendations. Also he needs to visit the client place and explain them about our services.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and franchise opportunities
- Consulting experience with a focus on client engagement and providing tailored advice
- Project Management and Strategic Planning capabilities to organize, oversee, and deliver effective franchise solutions
- Knowledge of Executive Management principles and ability to align strategies with business goals
- Proven teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the franchise sector or business consulting is advantageous
- Experience in using CRM tools and business modeling software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Salary Expectations: 25000 To 30000 Inr + Travel Allowance.
Incentive subjective to performance.
