Role Description

Were looking for a Junior Flutter Developer to join our core mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production-ready mobile apps using Flutter, understands scalable app architecture, and is comfortable working with GetX and BLoC state management.

Youll work closely with founders and senior engineers to build high-quality mobile experiences.

Key Responsibility

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Implement clean and scalable architectures using GetX and BLoC.
• Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data flows into mobile apps.
• Build responsive and performant UI components following modern design systems.
• Work with secure authentication flows (passkeys, JWT, Privy, Web3Auth, etc.).
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and network handling.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to deliver smooth UX.
• Debug issues, write reusable widgets, and maintain modular codebases.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for mobile development.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with GetX and BLoC state management.
• At least 2 apps published on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and async programming.
• Familiarity with clean architecture and modular Flutter projects.
• Experience handling navigation, animations, and adaptive layouts.
• Knowledge of Git workflows and collaborative development.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Good to Have

• Experience integrating Web3 wallets or blockchain SDKs.
• Familiarity with fintech apps, payments, or crypto UX.
• Experience with Supabase, Sentry, and other tools.
• Understanding of performance optimization in Flutter (isolates, caching, lazy loading).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
