What you'll do:

We are looking for an experienced executive level associate with a background in Q-commerce or E-commerce to oversee accounts payable processes and vendor management. The role involves managing purchase orders (PO), goods receipt notes (GRN), invoice processing, and inventory reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of accounts payable processes, including invoice validation and payment processing.
• Handling vendor onboarding, managing vendor queries and ensuring timely reconciliation
• Collaborating with procurement and inventory teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Maintaining general ledger accuracy and supporting month-end closing activities.
• Leveraging advanced Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

What you'll need:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a Q-commerce/E-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in PO, GRN, and general ledger accounting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel Skills
