The Role

Project Zero is looking for a Swiss-Army-Knife creative. You aren't just "picking clothes"you are a visual architect. You will own the process from the initial mood board to the final garment return, ensuring our catalog, digital, and ad shoots are visually flawless.

Bonus Points: If you have a "social-first" brain and can turn behind-the-scenes (BTS) chaos into high-performing Instagram content, you are exactly who were looking for.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Production & Vision

• Mood Boarding: Researching global and local trends to create "The Vision" for our clients (Catalog, Ad, and Digital)
• Model Styling: Curating looks that fit the brand's DNA. Youll be responsible for the "fit," the "vibe," and the "story" of the clothes
• Production Coordination: Arranging the logistics of the shootbooking studios, coordinating with makeup artists (MUAs), and ensuring the schedule stays on track.
• 2. On-Set & Wardrobe Management
• Garment Handling: The "A-to-Z" of clothing. Sourcing from designers/brands, steaming, pinning, and ensuring zero damage during the shoot
• Real-time Styling: Adjusting garments mid-shot to ensure they look perfect for the camera (tucking, pinning, and silhouette correction)
• Inventory Tracking: Managing pulls and returns across Bangalore (Commercial St, Indiranagar, etc.) with 100% accuracy.
• 3. Social Media & Content (The "X-Factor")
• Instagram Management: Capturing high-quality BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) footage during shoots
• Content Creation: Editing reels and posts that showcase Project Zeros aesthetic and work process
• Community Engagement: Keeping our digital presence as sharp as our physical productions.

• Who You Are
• The Bangalore Hustler: You have your own transport and know the citys fashion hubs like the back of your hand
• Visually Literate: You know the difference between "Editorial," "E-comm," and "Lifestyle" styling.
• Multi-Tasker: You can steam a shirt with one hand and capture a BTS video with the other
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Canva/Keynote (for boards) and CapCut/Instagram (for content).

• Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in fashion styling or production assistance.
• A portfolio that shows you can follow a brief but add your own "spark."
• Strong communication skills to manage models, vendors, and clients.
