We sell through ourown website and marketplaces like Myntra,NykaaFashion, and Zilo. As we scale,werelooking for ahands-on Merchandiserto supportdaily ecommerce operations, production coordination, and inventory control.

This is acore execution rolefor someone who wants to learn how a fashion brandactually runs, end to end.

WhatYoullOwn

Daily Ecommerce Operations (D2C)

• Day-to-day order processing across Jaeys website and marketplaces
• Tracking order status, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and RTOs
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve stuck or delayed orders
• Ensuring smooth flow from inventory dispatch customer

Inventory & Stock Control

• Updating daily inventory trackers (style-wise, size-wise)
• Monitoring stock availability to avoid overselling or stock-outs
• Coordinating stock movement between vendors, warehouse, and marketplaces
• Flagging replenishment needs in advance

Production Coordination

• Daily follow-ups with vendors on sampling, production progress, and timelines
• Updating production trackers and escalating delays or bottlenecks
• Coordinating sample movement, alterations, and basic quality checks
• Ensuring production output aligns with ecommerce demand

Vendor & On-Ground Coordination

• Acting as a point of contact for vendors for day-to-day execution
• Supporting vendor visits, market runs, and production follow-ups
• Clearly communicating technical details like fabrics, trims, and specifications

Marketplace &CatalogSupport

• Assistingwithcataloguploads, corrections, and updates
• Supporting resolution of order-level issues on marketplaces
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensureaccurateproduct information

Whowe arelooking for?

• Bachelors degree inMerchandising, Fashion, Operations, or a related field
• Street-smart, proactive, and confident withon-ground execution(vendor visits, market runs, production floor follow-ups)
• Highly detail-oriented withbasicExcel / Google Sheets skillsfor tracking inventory, orders,catalogs, and production timelines
• Comfortable withdaily tracking, checklists, and repetitive operational tasks
• Good communicationskills forvendor coordination and internal team collaboration
• Willingness tolearn quicklyin a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment

Structure & Compensation:

• You will be hired as an intern for the first 3 months, and upon satisfactory performance,you'llbe promoted to a full-time employee on completion of your internship.
• Salary is reflective of experience and knowledge, aligned with industry standards.
