This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager, located in Ahmedabad with some flexibility for remote work. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, manage employee onboarding and engagement, and ensure compliance with company and legal HR policies. The role includes designing employee training programs, managing performance appraisals, and handling employee relations issues. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Experience with employee relations, team management, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and performance management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus)
• Proficiency with HR software and tools is an advantage
