| Job Purpose / Objective | Control panel design and drawing , selection of motor, testing of motor and design calculations | |||
| Primary Responsibility of the Job: | ||||
| Read implicit and explicit requirements of the product Understanding of design calculation and considerations of each critical components in control panel Proficiency in E-CAD /E- Plan Knowledge of motors, control transformer, MCBs, contactors, OLR , wiring harness, fuses, earth terminals, surge protectors, relays Performance Testing and starting test of motors Shall understand and analyze the failure modes of each of the components and improve the quality of design Understanding of IEEE, CE, UL, CSA standards Documentation of test results , failures and analysis Tech support for internal and external customers | ||||

| Desired Experience
| 2-3 years’ experience in design, development, testing and validation of control panels Experience in managing the protection systems to the control panel – surge, overcurrent, overvoltage and the interfaces Experience in integrating motor to control panel along with VFD or start delta starter and testing of motor for performance Exposure to communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, CAN, Ethernet) | |||
