Junior Engineer - Component Engineering

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Engineer – Component Engineering located in Bangalore (Electronic City)

What a typical day looks like

• Responsibility to perform process audit in operation line.
• Failure analysis - Root cause & corrective action validation.
• Responsible to collect the Bag & Tag component from FA engineers.
• Responsibility to store all B&T component at safe & Secure
• Ensures data accuracy and completeness of documentation including logs, reports.
• Components trend & history analysis.
• Failure components report preparation.
• Attending meeting with Customer/Suppliers to review the 8D reports.
• Preparing Weekly & monthly reports & review with customers.
• RCFA follow ups with supplier.
• Defective packing and shipment to Supplier for RCFA.
• Interact with logistic team for shipment process

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Graduates with 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Preferably Diploma / BE / B.Tech
• Excellent team player able to work with other functions to bring results
• Strong Decision-making skills
• Candidates must have data analysis Skill
• Candidates should have hands on experience in MS office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Graphs.
• Good Communication
