Junior Dotnet Developer

We are seeking an accomplished .NET Engineer with demonstrated expertise in AWS cloud platforms and advanced backend architecture. This pivotal role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing scalable, secure, and event-driven systems utilizing .NET Core / .NET 8, C#, and AWS services. The successful candidate will have end-to-end ownershipfrom architectural design and implementation to CI/CD automation and production monitoringwithin a dynamic, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using .NET 8 / .NET Core, C#, and AWS Cloud.
• Architect microservices and event-driven systems optimized for high availability and performance.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend components with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and testability.
• Leverage AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and SNS/SQS.
• Develop robust data access layers using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, employing ORM frameworks like Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Implement message-driven integrations using Kafka, AWS SQS, or SNS for distributed, asynchronous communication.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, TeamCity, or AWS Code Pipeline.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize application performance using New Relic, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsProduct, QA, and DevOpsto ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.
• Enforce Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for long-term maintainability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills & Experience

3-6 yrs years of professional experience in .NET backend development.

• Strong proficiency in .NET 8/6/Core, C#, and Web API.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway).
• Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, and containerized deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, or similar message brokers.
• Deep knowledge of Agile practices, version control (Git), and automated testing.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
