WHAT WILL I BE DOING AT ATHER?

• Designing captivating, on-brand motion visuals for everything Ather—think product launches, ad campaigns, social media, events, and even new sub-brands.

• Working closely with our Design, Copy, Brand, UI-UX, Video Production, Social Media,  Events and other in-house teams to take their ideas and elevate them with your motion expertise.

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

Experience

At least 1–2 years of experience in the industry, working with motion-graphics and animated films and visual content.

Technical Skills

We primarily use the Adobe Suite, so familiarity is key:

• A strong grasp of at least one animation software, preferably After Effects, to achieve the desired outcome and integrate with collaborators.

• Knowledge of 3D software that you can weave into your workflow.

• Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop is a big plus.

• You've got a solid handle on the basics of visual design and motion principles.

• You're happy to get experimental and playful. You're always looking for inventive ways to tell a story.

Sharp, Collaborative & Communicative

• You're eager to share your work-in-progress and comfortable giving and getting feedback.

• You can quickly spot ideas in a creative discussion and run with them.

• You understand the core technical language of design and animation, making it easy to share your vision with collaborators and understand feedback.

Bonus:
Any secondary skill or passion that drives you (like sound design, creative coding etc) would be fun to have. We appreciate team members who bring a range of interests to the conversation. 

WHAT SHOULD I HAVE GRADUATED IN?

No fast rule on academic requirements. We’re looking primarily for a notable quality of work in this domain and the experience mentioned.  

Bachelor of Design, Master of Design, or any equivalent degree in art or design works as a bonus.
