Hybrid Mode: 3 days in office & 2 days in home

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to client pitches, offering creative insights.

Understand the clients core product or service, target audience, market, and the

problem their offering solves.

Plan monthly campaigns aligned with the clients business objectives.

Develop forward-thinking ideas in line with current media trends and the clients

brand personality.

Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and create

communication strategies to achieve them.

Write creative and engaging copy adhering to brand guidelines.

Generate and encourage fresh ideas within the team.

Edit and fact-check content created by colleagues, providing constructive

feedback.

Inspire clients with innovative and exciting ideas.

Script and assist in the production of Digital Video Commercials (DVCs)

Requirement:

Good communication skills, written and spoken.

Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
