Citizensetu is hiring a confident, empathetic, and articulate professional for a full-time onsite role combining mental health counselling and communication training responsibilities. The candidate will provide structured psychological support, conduct English and soft skills training sessions, engage with

clients professionally, and represent the organization across public and digital platforms.

Conduct one-on-one counselling and therapy sessions while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

Assess emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns and design structured intervention plans.

Provide guidance for personal, academic, relationship, and professional challenges.

Maintain proper session documentation and case records.

Teach English speaking, communication skills, personality development, public speaking, and body language to students of all age groups.

Conduct structured onsite sessions and workshops.

Handle client calls, consultations, scheduling, and follow-ups professionally.

Write structured blogs and educational articles related to mental health, communication skills, and awareness topics.

Create and present educational and promotional content for social media platforms.

Appear confidently in videos, webinars, workshops, advertisements, and public events.

Assist in organizing workshops, mental health awareness programs, and training sessions.

Represent Citizensetu professionally in both offline and digital engagements.

M.A. / M.Sc. in Psychology.

Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology.

RCI Registered Psychologist (Highly Preferred).

Certification in CBT / REBT / Counseling Techniques (Preferred).

Certification in Soft Skills / Communication Training (Advantage).

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong interpersonal, counselling, and presentation skills.

Emotional intelligence and empathy.

Comfortable in front of camera and public speaking.

Professional conduct, accountability, and discipline.

Ability to manage counselling, training, and engagement responsibilities effectively.
