Role - Junior Capture Analyst

Location - Dehradun (ONSITE)

Shift - 1:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST(UK Shift)

Experience - 0.6 months to 2 years



We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior Capture Analyst to join our growth team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, qualifying, and winning new business. While your primary focus will be the U.S. Federal and SLED (State, Local, and Education) markets, we value diverse perspectives and strongly welcome candidates with commercial business development experience who are eager to pivot into the public sector.

This is a "hybrid" professional role: you will combine foundational relationship-building skills with a forward-thinking approach to technology, using GenAI to outpace the competition.


Key Responsibilities

1. Market Intelligence & Capture Support

  • Monitor procurement portals (SAM.gov, GovWin, etc.) and commercial lead-gen tools to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Research agency budgets or corporate spending trends to identify "Price to Win" (PTW) strategies.
  • Synthesize long-form documents (RFPs/RFIs) into actionable briefs for leadership.

2. Teaming & Relationship Building

  • Form Teaming Partnerships: Identify and vet potential subcontracting partners or prime contractors to strengthen our bid position.
  • Outreach: Cold and warm outreach to small business liaisons, industry partners, and potential clients to build a robust network.
  • Negotiation: Assist in the early stages of negotiating Teaming Agreements (TAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

3. GenAI Efficiency Integration

  • Advanced Prompting: Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to rapidly draft capability statements, executive summaries, and RFI responses.
  • Workflow Automation: Continuously find ways to use AI to automate repetitive research tasks and data entry.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 0.6 months to 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Market Research.

Industry Background: Open. While Federal/SLED experience is a plus, we highly value successful track records in Commercial Sales or Tech Business Development.

Soft Skills: You must be a "people person" who is comfortable initiating conversations and building long-term professional relationships.

AI Fluency: High proficiency in Generative AI tools. You should be able to demonstrate how you use AI to work faster and more effectively than traditional methods.

Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex services into compelling value propositions.
