About the Role


We are looking for a motivatedJunior Business Development Executiveto join our growing international team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to develop skills insales, partnerships and client engagementwhile working with a global organisation.

You will support the business development team by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential partners and helping to build strong relationships with clients across healthcare and technology sectors.


This is afully remote role (hybrid later) based in India, working closely with colleagues in the UK and internationally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and partners
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Support the business development team in generating qualified leads
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information
  • Prepare research notes on companies and market opportunities
  • Support the team with sales materials, presentations and proposals
  • Track outreach activity and report on progress


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using digital tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms and email outreach tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Interest in business development, sales or partnerships


Preferred (but not required)

  • Previous experience in sales, business development or lead generation
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
  • Interest in healthcare, technology or digital innovation
