Junior Business Associate- Operations

As a Junior Business Associate, you wont be tied to one desk or one department. Youll be part of a dynamic, hands-on team driving growth across multiple verticals from business development and operations to marketing and expansion. What youll do

• As a Jr. Business Associate, youll be at the heart of the action helping the team execute ideas, solve problems, and build systems.
• You'll take on responsibilities across different functions business ops, partnerships, location scouting, marketing and more.
• Expect to move between the field and the workspace, talking to stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
• Work closely with the core team to bring new ideas to life, improve processes, and be a part of big-picture execution.

Education and Experience

• Self-starter with a learners mindset and a "figure it out" attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills youre confident in a room, and on a call.
• Self-driven, proactive , and solution-oriented.
• Willingness to experiment, get hands dirty , and grow with the brand.
• No fixed background just curiosity , energy, and drive .
• 02 years of experience (freshers welcome if youre hungry and ready to hustle)
