We are building a focused international admissions platform and are looking for a highly driven Junior Brand Manager to work directly with the founders. This role is for someone who wants hands-on exposure to building a business from the ground up.

You will work closely with the founders and take ownership of daily execution across brand growth, lead management, and operational support. This is not a routine job. It is a high-responsibility strategy execution role with long-term growth potential.

Note: Priority will be given to woman candidates in line with our diversity goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

• Plan and execute our content strategy
• Design posts and basic creatives using Canva
• Maintain content consistency and engagement across channels
• Assist in developing relevant content ideas
• Track and improve performance metrics

2. Engagement Management

• Manage inbound leads from multiple channels
• Guide and support students through initial stages of the process
• Ensure minimal leakage in engagement
• Prepare engagement and performance summaries

3. Strategy Management

• Execute growth initiatives and organizational priorities
• Present new strategic initiatives
• Help maintain operational discipline across daily tasks

Key Requirements

• Graduate
• 0-3 years of experience
• Working knowledge of Canva (mandatory)
• Strong written and spoken English and Malayalam
• Comfortable communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Candidates comfortable in representing the brand in content (video/podcast) will be preferred.

Compensation

• 12,000 15,000 per month during probation
• 2,20,000 3,50,000 Lakhs per annum
• Plus performance bonus
