Our chambers are looking to hire a Junior Associate to join our litigation practice in Kolkata.

Practice Areas:

White Collar Crime Litigation with a focus on PMLA, FEMA, and GST matters.

Role:

The associate will primarily be responsible for:

Legal research

Drafting pleadings, applications, and written submissions

Assisting in case preparation and filings

Case tracking and procedural work before courts/tribunals

Required Skills:

Strong drafting ability

Solid legal research skills

Practical understanding of legal procedure and litigation work

Experience:

03 years PQE
