Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Associate at Samvidhaan , located in Chennai. The Junior Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting with litigation matters, and managing client communications. The role also requires preparing reports, supporting arbitration and conciliation processes, and working collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Research, Analytical Thinking, and Critical Evaluation
• Skills in Legal Drafting, Writing, and Documentation Review
• Knowledge of Insolvency, Bankruptcy, and Litigation processes
• Familiarity with Commercial Contracts, Agreements, and Intellectual Property Law
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Collaboration Skills
• Eagerness to expand expertise in Arbitration & Conciliation
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Prior internship or practical experience in a legal environment is an advantage
