Key Roles &Responsibilities

• 1. Compliance in Volume and Quality: 

1.Inwarding 

2.Banking 

3.Branch QC error rate < 0.5 %

4.Processing of eligible proposals at branches

5.Conducting trainings and meetings with Sales and Channel Partners at regular intervals

6. Walk in Management

• 2. Audit Compliance: No High NC in any Audit reports
• 3. % Compliance of stated SLA: a. 100% adherence to Policyholders Protection Guideline. b. Compliance with internal SOP’s.   
• 4. Learning through eQuest Modules: Completion of all eQuest module
• 5. Targeted Branch Administration: Admin related activities to be completed as per timelines & Standards.
• 6. Enable process implementation across all functional areas to support and enable risk identification & mitigation.
• 7. Improvement in Digitization
• 8. Average Monthly consistent Productivity Score > 95%
