About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Junior Inside Sales / Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students interested in overseas education and converting leads into successful enrollments.

This is a target-driven role that requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for guiding students toward international academic opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound student leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Counsel students regarding study opportunities in countries such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.
  • Understand student profile (academics, budget, preferred country, intake, career goals).
  • Suggest suitable universities, courses, and application pathways.
  • Explain admission processes, visa requirements, documentation, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
  • Follow up consistently to convert warm leads into confirmed applicants.
  • Coordinate with documentation and application teams for smooth processing.

  • Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate
  • Monthly enrollment targets
  • Follow-up turnaround time
  • Student satisfaction and response quality


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (mandatory)
  • 02 years of experience in inside sales, academic counselling, or study abroad consulting
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
  • Those who worked with Byjus or related companies can apply.


Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of overseas admission processes
  • CRM familiarity (Zoho, HubSpot, etc. preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in UK/USA/Canada admissions
  • Knowledge of IELTS, SOP, visa filing process
  • Prior EdTech or education counselling experience
