Job Description

  • A bachelor’s degree in any stream; minimum Licentiate must be complete 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, functional stakeholders and management. Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Libre. 

  • Ability to analyze data & create reports.  

  • Excellent Organizational & management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.  

  • Associate must be adaptable to changing circumstances & willing to take on new tasks as & when needed. 

  • Well versed with People Strong Application& HR policies 

  • Flexible handling employee queries through incoming calls and emails ( Active/Ex-Employees) 

  • Out calling activities.
