Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, functional stakeholders and management. Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Libre.
Ability to analyze data & create reports.
Excellent Organizational & management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
Associate must be adaptable to changing circumstances & willing to take on new tasks as & when needed.
Well versed with People Strong Application& HR policies
Flexible handling employee queries through incoming calls and emails ( Active/Ex-Employees)
Out calling activities.
