Junior Art Director

Were looking for a Junior Art Director with strong experience in branding, packaging, and visual storytelling to join our creative team. Youll will work closely with design and marketing teams to develop packaging ideas that best suit clients' needs. Also, conceptualise, design and create attractive, functional and on-brand packaging based on requirements. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and functional packaging designs that elevate our brand presence and drive product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand identities, packaging concepts, and visual systems in collaboration with senior creative leadership.
• Translate brand strategy and positioning into strong visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Oversee photoshoots, mockups, and print production, ensuring design integrity and quality.
• Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and production techniques in branding and packaging.
• Present creative concepts internally and, when needed, to clients.
• Manage timelines, maintain file organization, and ensure delivery of assets on schedule.

Requirements

• 56 years of professional experience in branding and packaging design, ideally in a creative agency or design studio.
• A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of brand systems and packaging design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools (e.g., Dimension, Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, materials, and print production processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
