Junior Art Director

Education: Bachelors / Masters in Fine Arts or related creative discipline

Remedium is looking for a Junior Art Director with a strong creative mindset and agency experience. The ideal candidate comes from a fine arts background, has hands-on experience in creative campaigns, and can take ideas from concept to execution with strong visual storytelling skills.

• Work on end-to-end creative campaignsfrom ideation and concept development to visualization and final execution
• Translate briefs into strong visual ideas across digital, print, and brand communication
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and client servicing teams
• Develop layouts, mood boards, visual directions, and design systems aligned with brand goals
• Ensure high-quality creative output while maintaining brand consistency
• Stay updated with design trends, visual styles, and creative best practices
• Support senior creatives in pitching ideas and presenting concepts internally and to clients

• 4+ years of experience in a creative agency environment
• Strong foundation in visual design, layout, color, typography, and art direction
• Proven experience working on creative campaigns (digital-first preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Ability to think conceptually and execute visually
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A solid portfolio showcasing campaign work and creative thinking
